Refunds & Exchanges

We hope you love what you ordered. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you are welcome to return it within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price (less any shipping and handling), when purchased directly from To be eligible for a return, your item must be in "like new" condition and all components (mounting plate, power cord and all packaging must be included) and the camera must be packaged in the same condition as it was received in.

To start your request for a refund, please contact Customer Support. A confirmation email will be sent with your Return Authorization Number, mailing address of the warehouse, and shipping and packing recommendations. Please note that we do not cover expenses of return shipping for refunds.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Once your refund is processed, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 10-14 business days to process your refund.

Third-party Purchases (Refund Requests)

If you have purchased your product through a source other than, and you are requesting a refund, you must coordinate the return/refund with that source and according to their product return policy. Some distributors have their own return policy. Please make sure to review the source's refund/return policy before making your purchase decision.


Anything you purchase on should arrive in pristine condition. If you feel that anything in your order is damaged or defective, please contact our Customer Support to exchange your item.
